Return and Refund Policy

At YPS Inclusive, we take pride in providing quality packaging supplies and reliable service. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged items.

• To request a return, please email ypsinclusive@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• All returns must be authorized before shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• There are no free returns. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, a wrong or damaged item).

• Returned items must be sent to the address provided in your return authorization email.

• You may use any carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS), but a trackable shipping service is required.

• YPS Inclusive is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used packaging supplies (boxes, tape, bubble wrap, mailers, etc.)

• Custom or special-order items

• Shipping services (all shipping transactions are final once processed with the carrier)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [your business email] with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
If the damage occurred during shipping, YPS Inclusive will cover the cost of replacement or return shipping as needed. In most cases, you will not need to return the damaged item.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the item arrives at our facility.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
